What you can sign up for

AZPR sends two kinds of email. Every signup form on our site gets you both, and you can stop each one whenever you like.

  • The Inspire to Aspire daily message. One short message every morning, around 07:00 (Amsterdam time). It's in English, it's free, and it sells nothing.
  • AZPR emails. News about the launch and new pieces, offers, and reminders, for example about a basket you left behind.

Emails about an order (the confirmation and shipping updates) aren't marketing. You get those whenever you order, whatever you choose here.

What signing up gives you

All our signup forms work the same way: the Inspire to Aspire page, the form at the bottom of every page and the form on the homepage. Each one gives you:

  • The daily message from Inspire to Aspire.
  • AZPR emails.
  • An AZPR account. It uses your email address and has no password: you sign in with a code we email you, and see your orders and details there.

Every signup needs your OK first: we send you an email, and nothing else arrives until you tap the button in it.

The optional question

When you sign up, you can answer "What brought you here?" by ticking the message, the clothes, someone shared it with me, or something else. It's optional and only helps us see what brings people to AZPR. Skip it and nothing changes.

What we keep

  • Your email address and your language.
  • When you confirmed and which page you signed up on, so we can show that you asked for it.
  • Your answer to the optional question, if you gave one.
  • Your AZPR account in Shopify, with your email address, whether you get AZPR emails, and tags for the daily message and your answer.

Our forms never ask about your health or how you're feeling. The question above has tick boxes only.

Who helps us send them

  • Resend keeps the list for the daily message and sends it. Open and click tracking is switched off for it.
  • Shopify, the platform our shop runs on, saves every signup as a customer profile, which is your AZPR account (your answers as tags). It also sends the AZPR emails, the sign-in codes for your account, and the confirmation emails for the form at the bottom of every page and the form on the homepage.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person, not a bot, is using the signup form on the Inspire to Aspire page.

Stopping, and deleting your details

  • Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom.
  • The daily message and AZPR emails each have their own link, so stopping one doesn't stop the other.
  • Stopping the emails doesn't delete your account. Want everything to stop, or your account and details deleted? Email contact@azpr.nl and we'll take care of it.

After you unsubscribe, we keep your address marked as unsubscribed, so you're never added again by mistake. Ask us and we'll delete that too.

Replies, and a note on care

If you reply to one of our emails, it goes to contact@azpr.nl. We're not a crisis service and can't always answer quickly. AZPR isn't therapy and doesn't replace professional care. Having a hard time right now? Our support page lists helplines you can call today. In an emergency, call 112 (999 in the UK).
